ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

This membership is for a Registered Nurse who has graduated with a Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Occupational Health Nursing program and/or who has achieved the level of COHN(c) with the Canadian Nurses Association and holds current registration in good standing with their Provincial or Territorial Nursing governing body.  Active Members in good standing are eligible to hold office on the Board of Directors, Chair a Committee and vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
